Our Acoustics Panel Guarantee
When you purchase a product from us, know we stand behind our products! We warranty our products against defects in material or craftsmanship. When used and installed as intended, our acoustic panels should last for many years. We cannot be responsible for damage to panels incurred after delivery or by environmental factors outside of our control.
Our 100% acoustics panel guarantee applies to any acoustic products we recommend. We do ask you to contact us before placing your order, if you are not certain the product you plan to order is the right panel for your situation. We want satisfied customers who will recommend our products to their friends and acquaintances. If you order the wrong product for your needs, no one wins! The fabrics and coatings we use and recommend (for custom work) are designed, tested, and selected for acoustical performance. With custom work, we will advise you of known issues that may alter the expected acoustical performance of our panels. Our product and acoustic performance guarantee is limited to the materials, workmanship, and acoustic performance of the materials we use and recommend. Custom fabrics, materials supplied to us for COM (customer's own material) panels, and coatings not on our list of recommended cover materials (we can recommend 1000s of custom options) are not covered.
Please note OUR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY* on standard/stocked products gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your acoustics panel, you can return the item in its original condition and original packaging within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, due to their size and the nature of the materials we use to build and the relatively high cost of shipping acoustic panels, we must include a few provisions. Please read carefully and let us know if you have any questions about our return policy:
- Please contact us as soon as you are considering a return - we may be able to help you obtain your desired results with the product you have ordered! If that doesn't work, then... Ask us for a Return Authorization Number.
- Custom items and special order items may not be returned or refunded.
- We offer Free Shipping on most of our products. Our costs incurred packaging and shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund unless we are at fault due to a mis-ship or you receive a damaged product.
- You are responsible for paying for and arranging return shipping.
We can issue refunds only to the person/entity who actually purchased the panels. If you are working with a designer, architect, or other individual or company who has purchased our products on your behalf, that individual will have to arrange the return/exchange.
We can issue a refund only when we receive products back in their original condition (if you receive damaged items, please make sure to provide us with photographs showing the condition of the packing materials and the damage to the product). For this reason, we encourage you to use a return shipping method that includes tracking and is insured for the amount we charged you for the products. If we receive a return and the product is damaged in the return shipping, we will provide you with the information you will need to file a claim with your shipper.
